AND SAFETY
Occupational health and safety (OHS) refers to the
procedures, policies, activities and legislation, that
aim to protect the health, safety and welfare of all
people at the workplace.
INTERMETAL’s (OHS) policy is determined and executed by
the management, and is based on the participation and
contribution of all its employees.
The Company’s Policy is also based on the continuous and
open dialogue regarding OHS issues with all cooperating
parties, suppliers, contractors, government and
non-government organizations, academic institutions,
local communities and the society as a whole.
The Company is committed to:

Comply with all the current governmental
and legal OHS requirements in relations with
production and general work activities.

Provide the required and necessary human
and technological and financial resources
into a continuous improvement scheme for the
OHS. Such a procedure is aimed at
identifying the main concerns and work
hazards and providing the necessary
protection, control and hazard prevention.

The OHS policy is annually reviewed and
constantly improved and adjusted.
