PRODUCTION PLANT
DISPOSITION
The active
“lay-out” envisions an optimal and rational placement of
the production line and auxiliary plant rooms, taking
into consideration the material process protocol,
including the storage, input of the raw material and
forwarding of the final product.
|
|
Special
attention is attended towards the design of
the plant, in the aim of minimizing the
production period while maximising prodution
output through a compact equipment design of
the and its rational lay-out.
The high quality of
the final product, with the strict dimension tolerances
and the quality of the material itself is the constant
goal of the INTERMETAL AL production plant. These goals
are achievable through:
Highly
automatized mid-frequency induction aggregate furnace
for the melting of AL
Simplified casting system with minimal timing
Plant
space, storage and auxiliary rooms
The
quality control and guidance
Fast
traced manipulation of the transport.

MELTING PROCESS
The melting process
is accomplished by the previously established receipt
created by the head technician, who, by taking an
analysis of a 50% mid-trial melted AL scrap in the
furnace and having done the chemical analysis in the
laboratory, creates corrections (by adding certain raw
|
|
materials ,
salts or chemical additives) in order to
reach the desired quality. Additionally, and
periodically during the production process
the temperature of the melted AL is taken
from the furnace, in order not to exceed a
certain and required temp. limit.
At the end
of the melting process, a sample from the
final output is taken and processed in the
laboratory by using the ADP system
(Automatic Detail Process), through which an
official quality declaration is issued on
the type, quality, static detail process,
the issue of a quality certificate and
invoice.
