Aluminum Alloy furnace

In order to achieve the desired AL ingot  chemical composition , the melting of AL scrap is accomplished through the mid frequential, electro inductional furnace . The AL die casting unit  is composed of Furnace aggregates which  have  two electro induction,  highly automatized furnaces , with the optimal capacity of 540kg and 2000kg.

Fast Laboratory and ADP system

The Laboratory is composed of a turning lathe machine for the fabrication of the samples, and a spectrometer with a analisys bases for aluminum.

The spectrometers role is triple. It designates the chemical analysis of the samples and final product. It also analyses the scrap in order for individual pieces to be classified. By the creation of chemical analysis of the melted AL, at the mid-range production period, the Laboratory spectrometer informs the technicians of the melted AL quality and condition. Further on the Lab Spectrometer issues and declares the final quality statement from which a quality certification is issued.

Automatic Data Process

Projected and implemented information system which aids, and maximizes the efficiency at which the process of sorting of  raw materials is accomplished. It also  provides  full control of the production quality.
