Aluminum
Alloy furnace
The melting of input of a specified type
(chemical composition) is accomplished
through the furnace aggregates which
are composed of two electro induction highly
automatized furnaces with the capacity of
540kg and 2000kg. The furnace is a mid
frequential electrical induction furnace of
the latest technology.

Fast Laboratory and ADP
system
The Laboratory is composed of a turning lathe machine
for the fabrication of the samples, spectrometer with a
bases for aluminum. The spectrometers role is triple. It
designates the chemical analysis of the samples and
final product. It also analyses the scrap in order for
individual pieces to be classified. By the creation of
chemical analysis of the melted AL at the mid-range
production period the Laboratory spectrometer informs
the technicians of the melted AL quality and state.
Further on the Lab Spectrometer issues and declares the
final quality statement onto which a quality
certification is issued.

The suggested “lay-out” envisions an optimal and
rational placement of the production line and auxiliary
plant rooms, taking into consideration the material
process protocol, including the storage, input of the
raw material and forwarding of the final product.
Special attention is attended towards the design of the
plant, in the aim of minimizing the general expenses for
the investment program through a compact equipment
design of the and its rational lay-out, thus lowering
the cost for the new buildings, construction and cranes.
Additionally through the optimizing of the auxiliary
plant systems in the aim of lowering the costs of the
energy fluids.
The high quality of the final product, with the strict
dimension tolerances and the quality of the material
itself is the constant goal of the INTERMETAL AL
production plant. These goals are achievable through:
